When I think about traveling, I actually wince a little bit. I have always been a bit of a nervous traveler and can never fall into a good routine when I’m away from home. That being said, I have too much love for the world and the different people in it to avoid traveling all together. I’ve noticed the more intentional I am about taking care of my body when I travel, the better outcome I receive.
